The house has two floors and two terraces with beautiful sea view. It is surrounded with spacious garden only 10 m distanced from the sea.
The size of the house is 120 m2 and the garden 400 m2.

- 1 kitchen (dishes, cutlery, refrigerator, cooking stove, dishwasher, coffee machine)

- Tha beach in front of the house is rocky, while 15 meters away is the gravelly beach

Other information
- Prices are expressed in EURO (per night)
- The price covers rental cost for whole house, all taxes and final cleaning
- Linens and towels can be rented at price 3 euro per person per day
- Minimum rental periods is 7 nights
- The time of arrival is after 2 PM on Saturday, and exit till 10 AM
- Reservation fee is 20% of total amount, at arrival all cost have to be even
- Deposit is 300 € at arrival
- Payment of the reservation fee is expected 3 days after reservation
